Booking & Payment

• A deposit is required to secure your event date.
• Remaining balance is due before or on the day of the event.
• Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date.
• In the case of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we will work with you to reschedule.

Weather Policy

• Events may continue in light rain or overcast conditions.
• Events will be paused or rescheduled in the case of lightning, strong storms, or unsafe weather.
• Final decisions are made with safety as the priority.

Setup Requirements

• A safe, open outdoor area is required (grass or soft surface preferred).
• Access to the setup area must be available upon arrival.
• For foam events, access to a water source may be required.
• The client is responsible for ensuring the setup area is clear and suitable.

Safety & Supervision

• We use non-toxic, biodegradable bubble and foam solutions.
• All equipment is operated by our team.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Participants should avoid direct contact with eyes and follow basic safety instructions during the event.

Equipment Use

• Equipment remains under our control at all times unless otherwise directed.
• Any intentional damage to equipment may result in additional charges.
• Interactive items (such as bubble wands or toys) must be used appropriately.

Liability

• By booking, the client acknowledges the nature of bubble and foam activities, including wet and potentially slippery surfaces.
• The client agrees to release and hold harmless [Your Business Name], its owners, and staff from liability for injuries or damages resulting from normal use of the equipment.

Travel

• We serve the Des Moines metro area and travel up to 20 miles.
• Additional travel fees may apply outside this area.

Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to stop or modify the event if conditions are unsafe or if participants are not following safety guidelines.
