Frequently Asked Questions

Is it safe?

Yes. The bubble and foam solutions we use are non-toxic, biodegradable, and designed for outdoor play. They’re safe for kids, pets, and most surfaces when used as directed. We supervise all equipment during the event to ensure everything runs safely.

Will it make a mess?

Not in the way most people expect.

Bubbles evaporate and disappear on their own. Foam will leave some moisture on the ground (similar to water), but it breaks down quickly. We recommend grass or outdoor areas for the best experience.

Do you provide water?

We do not provide water, but we can connect to an outdoor water source if needed (mainly for foam parties). We’ll let you know in advance if your setup requires it.

What should kids wear?

We recommend:

  • Comfortable play clothes
  • Swimsuits for foam parties
  • Towels for drying off

For foam events, kids should expect to get wet—similar to playing in sprinklers.

Can adults participate?

Yes. Adults are welcome to join in, and many do. The experience is designed to be fun for all ages.

What happens in bad weather?

We monitor the weather leading up to your event.

  • Light rain or overcast: events can usually continue
  • Severe weather (lightning or strong storms): we will reschedule

We’ll work with you to find a new date if needed.

Do you travel?

Yes. We serve the Des Moines metro area and travel up to 20 miles.

Events outside this range may include a small travel fee depending on distance.

How much space is needed?

For bubble parties, a standard backyard is usually perfect.

For foam parties, we recommend:

  • A flat outdoor area (grass is best)
  • Enough space for kids to move safely

If you’re unsure, you can send us a photo and we’ll confirm.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A deposit is required to secure your date.

The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event. We’ll provide all details during booking.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and summer dates.

Last-minute bookings may be available, but popular dates fill quickly.

Do you handle setup and cleanup?

Yes. We handle all setup, operation, and takedown.

You don’t need to manage anything—we take care of the equipment so you can enjoy the event.
